DG4 created "Tembec Action herœs" to help Tembec achieve its Environmental Management Program goals. Employees participated in a contest aimed at finding names for the herœs and making the Program a lasting fixture of daily life.

Tembec was looking for a way to symbolize the spirit of innovation and the will to rise above the day-to-day. DG4 designed the osprey, a bird that inhabits our forests. Fifteen years later, the osprey still graces Tembec’s literature. It remains a source of inspiration, encouraging employees to use creativity and imagination to reach seemingly unattainable goals.
